Selva Gardena is an Italian ski resort part of the Dolomiti Superski area, the largest ski area in the World with 1200+ km of ski slopes. Historically the Selva area has been under the direct control and influence of Austria. This appears clear when walking through the local villages, in typical Austrian style.
Selva Gardena (and the neighboring village of Santa Cristina) pride themselves of the incredible natural surroundings, of their cultural richness and of the buys social life, with a very lively apres-ski scene, good tourist services and great hospitality attitude.
Selva ski resort offers 112 runs, 175 kilometers of downhill skiing and 102 kilometers of cross-country skiing. Selva Ronda has an extremely diverse ski slopes, high quality snow and modern infrastructure; because of that, Sella Ronda is well-suited to skiers and snowboarders of levels and preferences.
Several ski schools and ski clubs are present in the area. They employ professional certified ski instructors and snowboard instructors. Most popular products are kids ski courses and technical private ski lessons.
