Alagna Valsesia is an italian ski resort at 1200 mt above sea level, situated in the Piedmont region, northern Italy. The village of Alagna is a UNESCO Heritage site since 2013 and, even if small in size, it features spectacular natural and architectural attractions.
The ski resort itself is quite small, as it only offers 7 runs (4 easy, 2 medium and 1 difficult), 23 km of slopes and an exciting 2050 mt (6725 ft.) of vertical drop. Nevertheless, the resort is directly linked to the larger Monte Rosa ski area that stretches in between Piedmont ana Velley through the Salati Pass and the Punta Indren (3260 m).
Alagna Valsesia is known for its breathtaking views and fabulous off piste and heli-skiing for intermediates and experts.
Local ski schools are trained and have ski instructors and with the highest certifications. The most popular products are kids group lessons and advance ski and snowboard clinics.
