Davos is a world-famous ski resort located in Graubuenden, Switzerland.
Although Davos is a relatively small town, it holds international importance. It’s worldwide known because of the air quality (in the past it was believed that it could provide cure to tuberculosis) and for hosting the World Economic Forum once a year. The swiss town is divided into two parts (linked to each other): Davos Platz and Davos Dorf. Platz offers a great variety of restaurants, hotels and bars, while Dorf has close access to the ski slopes.
The resort offers 82 slopes, 60 lifts, 318 km of groomed pistes and a very lively après-ski scene. Davos is ideal for intermediate skiers, but it also offer a good number of more challenging black ski runs, off-piste opportunities, 2 large snowparks and roughly 75 km of cross country ski trails.
